Denise LaFayette serves as a Lead Teacher and Deacon of Children’s Ministry at Toronto Life-Spring Christian Fellowship. Denise lives in Toronto with her husband and their two children, ages 9 and 7.

Roots to shoots – Getting all generations involved in kids ministry
Kids ministry doesn’t just take place for one hour on Sundays. Teaching is not just through bible stories, but also through life stories. We do life together: sharing, serving, playing together. We intentionally build up an intergenerational dream team involved in kids ministry, recognizing and cultivating individual gifts and life experiences, and providing opportunities for their expression.
