Biography
Debbie Valani graduated from Masters College and Seminary with a Bachelor of Theology in 2001. Her first Children’s Pastor position was in her home church, Onechurch.TO. After pastoring, she taught at 2 different Christian schools in the GTA. Debbie currently serves as the Children’s Pastor at The People’s Church in Toronto. She is married and has 3 beautiful children.

Just like LEGO – Building a Children’s Ministry One Block at a Time
Many children’s ministry leaders struggle to build a healthy ministry. Building a sustainable ministry though managing volunteers is a huge challenge. In this practical workshop we will learn key elements to build a healthy Children’s Ministry, how to create and cast vision, manage volunteers, train leaders, manage safety and select curriculum that maps to the vision. Children’s ministry leadership resources will also be shared.
