Workshop Application
Applications Closed for 2026
Apply as a Workshop Leader
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Toronto Children’s Ministry Conference 2026 at Bayview Glen Alliance Church. Workshop proposal submissions will be accepted February 1 – April 24, 2026.
All workshops and presenters will be confirmed by May 30, 2026.
Workshop presenters will receive an honorarium and full registration to the conference. All other expenses, including travel are the responsibility of the speaker.

Application Outline
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee you will be presenting a workshop at TCMC 2026. We strive to offer a balance of quality workshops that include relevant topics to paid and volunteer children and family ministry leaders.
As a workshop presenter you are expected to prepare a 60 minute presentation. Speakers will be required to submit a handout and/or list of relevant book and online resources for their topics 1 month prior to the conference. Presentations can include interactive or lecture style elements, depending on the topic. Our aim is that workshops are designed to provide practical skills, knowledge or training in a specific subject.
Emphasis should be given to active engagement and participation from attendees. Discussions, group activities and practical applications of the concepts being taught may be included. The workshop description should clearly specify the style of workshop and who it is aimed for. Powerpoint or other visual presentation aids are welcome but not required.
Selected Presenters
When your workshop is confirmed, you will be expected to submit the signed presenter agreement, a brief bio, photo, workshop title and description by Friday, June 19, 2026.
Thank you for your submission!
