FAQs
What roles do volunteers serve in, and how are assignments made?
Volunteers help create a welcoming, organized, and vibrant environment by serving in areas such as greeting, hospitality, tech support, workshop hosting, and parking. Assignments are made based on your preferences, experience, and availability—and we’ll make sure you’re well-supported every step of the way.
What time do I need to arrive, and how long is the volunteer day?
Volunteers are typically needed from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, depending on your role. We’ll confirm your exact arrival time and shift closer to the event. Breaks and meals are built into the day, and we’ll make sure you’re well taken care of!
Can I still attend parts of the conference as a volunteer?
Absolutely! We aim to schedule volunteer shifts in a way that allows time for you to participate in sessions or enjoy some of the event experience. Volunteers are an essential part of the day—and we want you to be refreshed and inspired too!
