Biography
Elaine Ho works as a family doctor. She was called by the Lord to start the Pray for Canada ministry. She led this ministry from 2010 to 2020 and had organized a few interdenominational prayer gatherings for Canada at her local church. She has been part of the leadership team of the MissionGTA Wednesday prayer meetings since 2020. In 2024, the Lord impressed upon her heart to lead an Intergenerational prayer gathering. With the help and collaboration from other pastors and church leaders, the contents of the prayer stations of Igniting Intergenerational Prayer Initiative were developed to engage people across all age groups into prayer.
Workshop
Igniting Intergenerational Prayer Initiative
The goal of this workshop is to introduce participants to interactive prayer stations that can engage all age groups into prayer. There will be a brief presentation followed by participants immersive experience with the prayer stations.
Materials for the prayer stations have been translated in Chinese (traditional and simplified). There are also two prayer booklets–one to lead parents to pray for and with their toddlers and another for ages 5-11. The booklets can be used at the prayer gathering and at home.
