Biography
Bryan Dixon has been involved with Christian Education for many years starting when he was 15. In addition he was a Science instructor/Department Head for 3 TDSB schools for 30+ years. Since retirement he has been a Faculty Advisor at Tyndale University which has taken him into over 200 learning communities. He presently teaches three undergraduate courses at Tyndale (Biology, History and Philosophy of Education and Teaching Practices). He loves to read and hang out with his 6 amazing grandchildren.

What are the characteristics a teacher needs to really impact the people the Lord have placed in our classrooms? Using the wisdom of Howard Hendricks, Karen Hume, Benjamin Bloom and others we will discuss what attitudes, beliefs and experiences a teacher needs to maximally influence our students.
