Biography
Jonathan loves Jesus! He is married to his best friend Megan and they live in Uxbridge with their 3 children. Jonathan completed a bachelor of Science at UOIT and then a Master’s of Theology at Tyndale. Jonathan currently serves with Scripture Union Canada as the Director of Training and Outreach. This includes heading up summer sports camps, year-round sports clubs, and training churches in children, youth, and sports ministry. Jonathan loves to spend time with family, play sports, and read old books.

The great commission encourages us to Reach, Rescue, Root and Release children in the Gospel. This session will look at the theological, practical, and creative ways we as the Church can reach children for Jesus!

Explore & Enrich
The Power of Experiential Learning
Children learn by doing. In this explore and enrich session we will both experience and learn the experiential learning cycle as a teaching pedagogy. There will also be facilitated times in teams to create there own lessons/games/illustrations for passages of Scripture.
