Bret Chapman serves as the Director of Digital Discipleship at Unionville Alliance Church in partnership with Alliance Canada’s New Ventures. With over 20 years of experience in ministry, education, and mentoring across generations, Bret brings a unique blend of pastoral care, leadership coaching, and digital engagement strategy to his work. His current focus includes equipping families and churches to bridge generational gaps, foster spiritual formation in digital spaces, and build resilient communities through culturally responsive discipleship models. Bret holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and is preparing for doctoral studies focused on faith-based mentorship in emerging digital environments. He also draws from his background coaching in the professional esports ecosystem, where he specializes in guiding youth and young adults toward purpose, accountability, and transformation. This workshop explores how faith-based strategic parenting models and coaching can support the mental health and spiritual development of children and youth engaged in gaming and eSports. Grounded in the Think Orange philosophy and featuring the EñDgame eSports case study, it offers holistic, relational strategies to bridge faith communities and digital cultures.
